Wall Yoga

Wake up and do something amazing for your body & mind!

During this class we use the wall & other props to support our bodies. Using props will help increase flexibility & assist with proper alignment. We will practice mostly floor poses but occasionally sneak in standing poses as well. Poses will be held from 1-3 minutes to help you restore mentally & physically.
