We'll move intentionally from the floor to standing, focusing on mobility, strength, and flexibility through grounding postures, fluid transitions, and spicy holds. Set to fun, energizing music, this class strikes the perfect balance between effort and ease. We'll wrap it all up with a calming 7-minute savasana to help you fully release and reset.
