Meet Your Hosts
Liseli & Jess
Liseli is a Puerto Rican native who grew up in Pinellas County, FL. She found her way to yoga in 2017 while recovering from a back injury—and never looked back. What started as a path to healing quickly became a deep passion. She earned her 200-hour certification at Wendy Fit in 2018 and is currently expanding her practice through a 300-hour training with Missy White at Studio 108.
Liseli teaches a slow, fun, and empowering flow that’s easy to follow and accessible for all levels. Her classes offer modifications, physical challenge, and a steady reminder that you can do hard things. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just looking for a more mindful pace, Liseli’s grounded energy and encouragement will guide you to move with confidence and ease.
Jess Miller began her yoga journey on the road, traveling across the U.S. in an RV and practicing Vinyasa flows in the heart of nature. This connection to movement and the outdoors sparked a lifelong love of yoga and inspired her to dive deep into styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and beyond. She also studies Aerial Arts, Meditation, and Partner Acrobatics to bring a creative and holistic approach to her teaching.
Since beginning formal training in 2015, Jess has opened several studios, including GypSeaAir Studio in Tarpon Springs, led international retreats, and taught at festivals, workshops, and community events. She has completed her 300-hour training with Missy White and continues to make yoga approachable for everyone, no matter their experience or background.
Together, Liseli and Jess create a supportive, welcoming space where you can explore, grow, and feel empowered in your body. Their combined knowledge, compassionate teaching, and fun, down-to-earth energy will help you feel at home on your mat—whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
